These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Alexandria AI LLC ("Alexandria", "we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company located at 2780 Denton Rd, Canton MI 48188, USA. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Alexandria AI platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Notify us promptly at moe@thealexandria.ai of any unauthorized use.
Alexandria AI is a software platform that helps resellers and small-business operators source products and analyze deals. The Service includes AI-driven product analysis, profitability estimates, deal recommendations, and related tooling. Features evolve over time; we may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.
14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing moe@thealexandria.ai.
Prorated refunds: for annual plans cancelled after the 14-day window, we will, on request, issue a prorated refund for the unused full months remaining on the term, less any applicable usage or discount adjustments. Monthly plans are non-refundable outside the 14-day window. Taxes and processor fees are non-refundable where prohibited by law.
Alexandria operates as a third-party service authorized by Amazon's Selling Partner Appstore and the Amazon Solution Provider Portal. By connecting your Amazon Seller account to Alexandria, you authorize Alexandria to access your account on your behalf using the scopes you approved during the OAuth flow, and you affirm that:
You can revoke Alexandria's access to your Amazon Seller account at any time, either through Alexandria's integrations page (/dashboard/integrations→ Disconnect) or through Amazon Seller Central (Settings → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps → Authorize). Revocation through either path will result in Alexandria losing access to your account within minutes. Stored credentials are purged from our systems within 24 hours of revocation.
Alexandria is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. "Amazon," "Selling Partner API," "Seller Central," and related marks are the property of Amazon.com, Inc.
Our IP: the Service, including all software, interfaces, models, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by Alexandria and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
Your data: you own the data and content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit your data solely as needed to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your data and do not claim ownership of your business information.
Alexandria's AI outputs, deal data, profitability estimates, and "buy / watch / skip" signals are informational only and are not investment, financial, legal, tax, or business advice. They are recommendations, not guarantees. Pricing data, fee estimates, and demand signals are retrieved from the Amazon Selling Partner API under your explicit OAuth authorization, then processed by AI inference; the resulting outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect, and AI models can produce inaccurate or misleading output.
You are solely responsible for your purchasing, sourcing, and business decisions and assume all risk associated with them. Past performance of any product, deal, or strategy does not guarantee future results. You should independently verify any information before acting on it and consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexandria, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Alexandria in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alexandria and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any business decision you make based on Service outputs.
You may terminate your account at any time from account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or fail to pay fees. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions below, the state and federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that are not subject to arbitration.
Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at moe@thealexandria.ai so we can try to resolve it informally. We agree to negotiate in good faith for at least 30 days before either party initiates formal proceedings.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Alexandria agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered in Wayne County, Michigan under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
No class actions. You and Alexandria agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
