Alexandria AI is a software platform that provides product sourcing, profitability analysis, shipment planning, and logistics tools for Amazon FBA/FBM resellers. The Platform uses third-party data sources including Amazon SP-API, Keepa, and EasyPost to provide pricing, fee estimates, and shipping services.
Alexandria AI provides data-driven product recommendations and profitability estimates. These are NOT financial advice, investment advice, or guarantees of profit. All pricing data, fee calculations, ROI estimates, and sales projections are based on current market data that may change at any time. Users are solely responsible for verifying all data and making their own purchasing decisions.
While we strive for accuracy, Alexandria AI cannot guarantee that product prices, Amazon fees, BSR rankings, sales velocity estimates, or shipping rates are current or accurate at the time of your transaction. Amazon prices change frequently. Fee structures are updated by Amazon periodically. Historical data may not predict future performance. Always verify prices and fees directly on Amazon Seller Central before making purchasing decisions.
Amazon reselling involves inherent financial risk including but not limited to: price fluctuations, category restrictions and gating, brand IP complaints, account suspension, return rates, inbound placement fees, storage fees, and competition. Users acknowledge and accept these risks. Alexandria AI is not liable for any financial losses resulting from purchasing decisions made using the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Amazon SP-API, Keepa, EasyPost, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Alexandria AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
Products sourced through Alexandria AI are purchased from third-party wholesale suppliers. Alexandria AI facilitates these transactions but does not manufacture, warehouse, or guarantee the quality of products. Users are responsible for obtaining any required resale certificates, business licenses, or tax documentation required by their state or jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexandria AI and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Alexandria AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Alexandria AI LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
